The “Wildcraft” project is a series of movies and shows, each being a different story with different characters all having one thing in common: they are all vahrras.
What is a vahrra, you may ask? They are people with special magical abilities that help them protect and heal a group of animals they were assigned to by the Anim, or to guard a landscape. Vahrra are often called “Beasts” but this is considered offensive in their culture. A vahrra can do simple healing magic; shapeshift into an animal; talk with a type of animals; and summon the beast demon the Anim has given to them for protection and guidance. A vahrra will often appear with animalistic features (“beast marks”), such as animal ears, tail, etc.

The secret of the Vahrras
“The Secret of the Vahrras” is the biggest project from the Wildcraft series and it’s planned to become two R-rated, comedy movies taking place in a decopunk, EasternAsia-inspired world.
It follows the adventures of Jiang, a young woman, training to become a Town Guard just like her sister while constantly failing at it. On the parallel side this follows the story of Akihiko (Ragu), a lone-dog vahrra, hiding away from society to protect the secrets of Wildcraft, or at least whatever remained of it in their times as he only managed to learn the basics but not much about the actual purpose of it.
Jiang and Akihiko’s ways cross when Jiang gets lost in the forest and attacked by a wolf pack. Akihiko comes to rescue her but due to unexpected events, he ends up having to reveal the Wildcraft’s secrets in front of Jiang. This of course turns her life upside-down as she realizes there’s magic on this world and she wishes to learn more about it while Akihiko has to learn to trust her. In return of his trust, Jiang offers to help him find something he couldn’t find his whole life: one of the Gates to the Sacred Fields, the only place he can meet with the Anim and finally learn what exactly does it mean to be a vahrra.
The Power of The Howl
This story follows the journey of a 17 years old vahrra boy named Silas, who’s been living in inhumane conditions at Circo Magestico under the cruel ringmaster’s leadership, Master Agosto. One day Ronat, a new member of the circus, a little orphan girl meets him for the first time and decides to help him escape. While they manage to escape the chains, Agosto’s anger is still after them…
Silas and Ronat face a long journey ahead of them, filled with challenges that will put up their beliefs for a test. On the way they also learn about something they have never heard of before… an energy given by the Anim Herself to this world… the power of the Howl.
“Howl” is planned to be a 30-40 minutes long free-to-watch animated short.
Viktor – Spirit of Rah
“Viktor” (previously known as “The Dangers”) is a heavy and dramatic (with some soft-horror sense to it) story taking place in a dark future where vahrras have officially lost their human rights and are made into slaves or labrats. This story follows the journey of Viktor (shocking, I know), a dhole vahrra who has been taken to a research facility to be used as a test subject for the “electric-man” experiment. Due to an unexpected explosion in the laboratory, Viktor has managed to escape during the experiment but it left him with the ability to shoot lightnings and lightningballs out of his hands. He uses his new abilities to fight through all the obsticles he meets while trying to find his long lost husband that he got separated from when they got captured.
This project is planned to be a free-to-watch animated series.
