Terms of Service
Service is provided by Timotea Rahel Regius that is the name of the business.
The Terms of Service may be edited at any time and in that case there will be a warning about it on the FreeFox discord group.
—— Contacting the Artist ——
The artist does not work during weekend and holidays and most of the times will not check their emails either if it’s not on a work day.
The artist’s time zone is CET (Central European Time) and may not be able to respond you immediately depending on your time zone.
—— Art Commission applications ——
Applying for an Art Commission does not guarantee you a spot in the Commission Queue. The Artist has the right to deny your commission application if it’s against the Terms of Service or for any other reason that will be specified by the artist (this usually happens due to unclear / half answered forms or because of unacceptable manners from the customer. Please be nice!)
If your application is accepted you will be contacted by your prefered contact method. The artist will usually respond within 1-2 work days unless some technical issue has happened.

The artist does NOT accept commissions from minors. You have to be 18 or older in order to commission.

- Sexual (NSFW) / Fetish related art *
- Hateful / Racist / Discriminatory / Culturally Appropriative / Religious / Ideologically sensitive content **
- Excessive Violence / Blood / Gore***
- Dead Characters
- Famous Copyrighted Characters (for example characters from movies and books)
* Moderate/SFW presentation of fetishes is acceptable.
** Drunk characters are accepted.
*** Moderate violence / blood is accepted, for example if the characters are having an epic fight or if the character is a bit injured.
—— Work Process and Revisions ——
How the Artist works:
- Payment is recieved
- After contacting you and discussing further about the commission, the work will begin (if it’s your turn in the queue).
- During the work the artist will share WIP (work on progress with watermarks) screenshots / images.
- After sharing a WIP image with you the artist will wait for your response before proceeding with the work.
- You can request changes here!
- If you’re satisfied with how the product look so far the artist proceeds with the work.
- Point 3-4-5 repeats multiple time until the work is complete.
- The artist sends you the final product without watermark and full quality.
You will recieve WIP images multiple times during the work but most of the times you will recieve one after each of these steps:
- basic sketch ideas
- final sketch
- coloured lineart
- shaded
- final product
—— Payment ——
- Payments are managed through PayPal.
- Art commission: Complete payment has to be made as soon as possible after the invoice has been sent to you. Your finished product will not be handed over before payment is fully issued!
- Fursuit/VRChat Avatar: If you chose Partial Payment option, the first part must be paid before the work can begin. If you chose Full Payment, that payment has to be completed before the work can begin.
When your application for commission is accepted you will be contacted by your prefered contact method and you will also receive an email to your PayPal email address with a PayPal invoice.
The invoice will include the total amount to pay (including VAT), the seller’s information, your PayPal email address and the item(s) you’re paying for.
—— Refunds ——
The artist will offer a full refund in case of order cancellation if they haven’t started to work on your commission yet.
In some rare cases the artist may offer a full or partial refund if for some technical or personal reason they can’t finish your product anymore (this can include illnesses, family member loss and other, similar, unexpected events).
Fursuit: If materials have been bought but the work has not started yet or is at an early stage, the complete refund will exclude the material costs!
In any case of cancellation, the invoice will be cancelled too.

Timotea Rahel Regius (the “Business”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. For example, when you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card or place an order you consent to our collecting and using such personal information for that specific purpose, including by transmitting such information to our vendors (and their service providers) performing these services for the Business. In plain english: If you purchase a piece of art, Paypal will receive personal information about you as those are necessary to complete the transaction.
3.2 Certain third-party service providers, such as payment processors, have their own privacy policies in respect of the information that we are required to provide to them in order to use their services. For these third-party service providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you can understand the manner in which your Personal Information will be handled by such providers.
3.3 In addition, we may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.
3.4 Non-personal information – In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns of the Service. This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our to third parties at our sole discretion.
